Trying to teach important values, new product features, campaign strategies? EXECUTIVE GAME PLAN allows your game administrator or trainer to create an unlimited number of custom questions that appear at random. If the team answers correctly, it is rewarded. If it answers incorrectly, it is penalized. Your teams can compete as many times as they like and EXECUTIVE GAME PLAN will never be the same twice. Keep score. Post the teams with the best records. Hold companywide competitions. Create teams of staff from different departments to build camaraderie and cross-function teamwork.

How does it work?

It is simple to use. The game administrator can set up a schedule of when the virtual world should be turned "on". This is an automatic process. Teams will sign into their software at the scheduled time and find the world turning, meaning the game is turned "on" and they can make decisions whenever they want to. At the end of the last scheduled session, you can end the game and the final company values will be published.
