Deployment

The final phase is the roll out. During this phase we complete testing with the same connections, computers and conditions you anticipate for your users. We encourage you to assign someone from your organization to do similar testing and provide any fine-tuning feedback that is needed before users begin live training. We provide coaching to those in your organization that will be introducing your etraining package to end users.

Once your eTraining roll out is completed, VLC staff will monitor the progress and provide technical support on a 24/7 basis.
