Our CHARACTERS, your CO-WORKERS
Our writing team has created a number of virtual characters, based on real people, that will be your co-workers. These men and women are based on a combination of real-life case studies and accounts. Here is a list of only a few of the hundreds of characters you will meet.
ROBERT POWERS, CEO
Robert left Oklahoma for the adventures of the Far East. He successfully ran a company in Singapore for ten years until his father came down with cancer. Then he returned to America to manage the company while his father was incapacitated. When his father died unexpectedly, Robert reluctantly accepted the position as CEO.
ANDREW KLOSOSKY, CFO
The last company Andrew worked for improperly handled its finances. That experience drives his passion to balance Central’s budget. Andrew is Robert’s right hand man.
WILLIAM WHITE, HEAD OF MANAGEMENT
When William arrived at Central fifteen years ago, his life was on the brink of disaster. He claims that Central changed his life. While William is the head of Central's management, he is also the liaison for all Central Trainees.
LINDA PETERSON, HEAD OF MARKETING
As a bold woman in a male dominated field, Linda charted new territory. Having personally studied under Philip Kotler, the guru of marketing, she has a leg up on all her competition.
ANNE CHAVEZ, HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Growing up in Columbia, Anne always had a love for America and baseball. In fact, baseball strategies often influence the way she recruits.
FREDERICK BAIROS, HEAD OF INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS
A no-nonsense kind of guy, Frederick can be abrasive at times. But, it is his passion for excellence that drove him to be the head Central's international business operations.

Tanya is brand new at the company. Being at the ground level, she struggles with difficult clients and the new business concepts Central is implementing. A fast learner, Tanya hopes to contribute to Central's growth.
JOEL SWANSON, PRODUCTION MANAGER
Joel disagrees with Central's business strategy. No longer feeling at home at Central, he seeks to move a competitor.
TIM MARCHIONI, SHIPPING MANAGER
Tim was the captain of the football team in high school, but once he hit the business world he was no longer the head of the team. He had the initiative and charisma to be a leader, but he didn't have any of the skills. Central has given him the opportunity to advance.
