The process begins with professors and business leaders. It is their ideas, personal case studies, years of real world experience, and classic illustrations that make our product great. All of our courses are created by a team of published Ph.D. professors and business leaders who have professional experience working in their field. Our professors have worked for, or have been a consultant for, a number of private and public sector firms such as General Motors, The Kellogg Foundation, and Sheraton Hotels. Our Writers
Our screenwriters and playwrights take these ideas and create a human story and furthur dramatize the illustrations. Our screenwriters and playwrights have won awards in the theatre, film, and comic book industries working for organizations such as The Public Theatre (A Chorus Line, Hair), Marvel and DC Comics, and developing feature films, television movies, and animations in Hollywood. Our Directors
The director and head programmer decide the best way to deliver these ideas in order to maximize our learning experience. Our Directors have experience in film, animation, and the theatre. They are members of prestigious organizations such as the Lincoln Center Directing Lab and they have worked closely with Pulitzer Prize and Academy award winners. We hire only the best voice-over actors, some of whom have received Emmy nominations and appeared on TV's The Sopranos, Law and Order, and CSI: New York, as well as actors from Broadway’s Phantom of the Opera.

Our Animation, Design, and Programming Team
VLC has formed a skilled Animation/Design/Programming team to deliver the best in gaming and digital technology. The team has worked for such clients as The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, MTV, and Nelly Furtado, as well as popular games like Half-Life.
