Vertical Learning Curve LLC and its affiliates intend to expand the 3D immersive learning product line to
include complete Masters programs in other academic fields where simulated experience adds significant
value and marketability. The Company intends to expand globally and create additional products in target
languages/markets. Further, we are looking for those who would like to join us in expanding our Motion
Capture applications. Opportunities exist to join the existing group of private equity investors
or to negotiate franchise opportunities.
